it's not mine, i'm just living here
living here right next to my past
the ghost of a life that once lived
but i'm not here anymore
and neither is it

one week til the rotation shifts just enough for it to click into place
til time catches up to itself and i'm living on my own again
back with my present self

it's a good thing
or at least it will be

side note for reference:
i loved and i lost
we were married for six months
i still can't believe it happened
i was lost
but i loved ...but i lost (and i'm grateful)
